Flint Architects owner and operator
Stephen Flint is a University of Illinois alumnus who brings more than 20 years of experience in both commercial and residential architecture to Flint Architects. He is experienced in project design, construction administration, asbestos building inspection, and full-service architectural delivery. His professional scope spans site planning, concept development, documentation, permitting, and on-site oversight.
Stephen holds all required state and municipal licenses and certifications to practice architecture and coordinate environmental compliance, including asbestos mitigation protocols. His work has been recognized by professional peers and industry associations, reflecting both design excellence and client-service leadership.
Beyond his technical credentials, Stephen is distinguished by his commitment to outstanding client service and a meticulous eye for detail. He partners with business owners, homeowners, contractors, and municipal officials to ensure that every project is not only well-designed but also cost-effective, code-compliant, and aligned with long-term objectives.
Our Team
He is an Architecture graduate, where he studied for 5 years at Illinois Institute of Technology and obtained his Master’s degree. He currently works as an Architectural Designer and is hoping to become a Licensed Architect.
Zach graduated from Iowa State University, obtaining a Bachelor of Architecture degree with minors in Sustainability and Historic Preservation. Throughout his college career, he worked part-time as an architectural intern for Flint Architects and now works full-time as an architectural designer. He is also currently working towards becoming a licensed architect.
She is an Architecture graduate, where she studied for 5 years in the Philippines and obtained her Bachelors degree. She currently works as an Architectural Designer and is hoping to purse her dreams in becoming a Licensed Architect.
